This form is for reporting FRENCH and FOREIGN long term lets or short tenancy lets

 

WHAT TO DO?

  • Total your GROSS REVENUE for each property between 1st January and 31st December 2022 

  • Total your GROSS EXPENSES and organise them into the following categories - this is French Declaration requirement. If you are unsure which category to attribute an expense then use the most appropriate category.

- Management Fees/Caretaker Payments/Agency Fees/Legal Fees

- Insurance

- Buildings/Maintenance

- Cost of Eviction

- Costs of Relocating a Tenant

- Local Property Taxes like Taxe Fonciere

- Interest on a loan/mortgage used to purchase the property (please note just the interest element)

  • Tick the box to agree to our conditions and fees

  • Submit application

IF you have MORE than one property. Simply submit a page for each property always detailing your name and Tax Number.
